South Bay Film Society

South Bay Film Society

Art films are being shown at the AMC Rolling Hills, initiated by Randy Berler, former Redondo Beach City Planner.  See the schedule below.

Note:  You need to sign up to receive their announcements and then respond quickly if you’re interested in attending because shows do sell out.

We are very excited to announce that we are opening SOUTH BAY FILM SOCIETY VIRTUAL CINEMA!

We will begin to make recent film releases available to you weekly that you can watch at home.  When the link goes active for our first film in a few days, you will receive an email announcement with the link to the ticket page.

You will be able to buy your household ticket with a 72 hour window to view the film.  Household tickets will cost $12 per film (with a very good percentage going to support South Bay Film Society).  Our upcoming schedule is:

CORPUS CHRISTI,  starting March 24 or 25 and running for a week.
BALLOON,  screening April 1-7.
THE SILENT REVOLUTION,  screening April 9-15.
THOSE WHO REMAINED,  screening April 17-23.

Dear Members of South Bay Film Society,

I am very pleased to team up with Gaetano’s Restaurant to offer each of you a coupon for a free appetizer with purchase of an entree at Gaetano’s Restaurant (one coupon per table).

For those of you looking for a nice place for dinner before our film screenings, Gaetano’s Restaurant is a fine, traditional Italian restaurant located very near the AMC Rolling Hills Theater.

The coupons will be available at the check-in table for our film screenings beginning Nov. 6.

Gaetano’s Restaurant is at 2731 Pacific Coast Hwy. in Torrance (on the west side of Crenshaw just north of PCH between Panera Bread and Kohl’s).
